The community itself is comprised of three distinct areas that all share the same community amenities.  The three areas each have their own gated entrance and price ranges.  One area is even in another county but just about 1 mile up the road north of the main entrance. Homes in the main section are grouped together with those in the section across the street.  The main section is guard-gated and has the golf course running through it.  Homes in this section start all over $1 million. The section across the street is also gated but uses a call box system for visitors to reach the homeowner.  Homes in this section start in the $700's and go as high as $1.2 million. The third section is actually located in Cherokee County so it offers lower taxes than the homes in Fulton County - almost 30% less.  It is guard gated at some times and uses the call box system when the guard is off duty.
